Someone asked Faridabad if he had accounts with higher thresholds. He probably doesn't want to say this because he can't promise anything but I've had one of these accounts spend up to $1.1k before the ads stopped running so even if the threshold is $450, you can increase the daily spend as high as it lets you when you get close to the $450 and it will keep spending for several days after the $450 is reached. At least that's what happened for me.
Also, I'll add again that Faridabad is excellent to deal with. Super responsive.

If your account has used you the full thereoushold amount of $350 then in this case you can won't be able to use the coupon but if you have over $50 ideally over $100 threshold amount left in your account then you can certainly add the coupon in your existing adwords account.
