My apologies for this, jbsibrfi, but it appears that the file is corrupt; I tried several ways to convert the video format, but none works; it can't be opened. Since I have the exact files that I uploaded, another upload won't do any good. Also, I didn't pay for this, so I can't contact the vendor with a complaint. Sorry.
