Review:
1. Find a hot seller on Flippa who is selling new sites (no traffic or revenue)
2. Copy the type of site with a Wordpress theme, script or outsourcer
3. Sell your own version of the same site
4. Add backend services like hosting and SEO
5. Rinse and repeat enough until you make $150K
