Hi smartys What about this one
it's a script from 2005Magic Button :
Article Site Builder Readme
Setup:
- unzip the files then upload them to your server under the html root folder.
- Execute database.sql script on MySQL server to create necessary tables
*OPEN THE FILE AND ENTER YOUR DATABASE NAME FIRST!
- Modify config.php file and set the following variables:
$USER_VAR['SQL_HOST']="localhost";
$USER_VAR['SQL_USER']="your_DB_username";
$USER_VAR['SQL_PASS']="your_DB_password";
$USER_VAR['SQL_DB']="your_mySQL_database name";
- Modify permissions on the /output directory inside the ASB main folder to 777 (full privileges).
Usage:
To use ASB, direct your browser to the index.php page in ASB folder.
You will be prompted to select the following:
Create a directory on your site for the article pages. You must create this directory yourself and assign it full read/write privileges. (777)
Select the number of articles to retrieve from each of the article site servers
Select the number of links to allow per index page.
Select the maximum length for the links on your index pages.
Enter *Either a fully qualified URL, or paste HTML for a template file for the scripts to use to generate individual article pages.
urls to templates will be saved for later use

urls to templates will be saved for later use
Make your category selection
**IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT TEMPLATE FILES**
Your HTML should contain the following tags or you will get blank pages!
In your Article HTML :
%%%Title%%% will be replaced with the title of the article
%%%Author%%% will be replaced with the author of the article
%%%Article%%% will be replaced by the article text
%%%Resource_Box%%% will be replaced by the copyright
In your Index HTML :
%%%Links%%% will be replaced with the index lists.
You can create custom templates that match your main website, the templates included are just plain white pages.
ASB retrieves the most recent articles from the categories selected and creates indexed pages in the specified directory.
These pages can be moved in a group to another folder on your server.
Make sure you clear them out before searching on another topic! Index's are overwritten on every new run!
It is suggested that you create new folders with permissions set to 777 to create new article site in.
After Your Article Site Builder Pages Are Built!
Be sure to place a link to the main index page of your new Article Site Builder page from any other web page you know to be listed in a search engine that you own.
The next time the search engine crawls that site it will jump to your new Article Site Builder pages and index them as well!
If you do not have another site listed in a search engine to link to your new Article Site Builder pages try a software like Submit Wolf and you will be search engine ranked in no time flat!
