Theme only 30MB. If you got 250MB + package, I sure it's a nulled ready version, edited code and integrated demo packages to import without input key license.
If you buy Betheme directly from Themeforest, not need demo packages, just active by key license for importing any demos.

I have this, but this is a very good share for others!
