I tested Cliks.It, it's working just fine 2 years ago except a few small software bugs (like can't configure custom domain). But honestly, there are a few new software (same functionality + advanced features) can easily replace this software (eg: VidSkippy or Elemetio).

I don't know about others, but personally, I think their support is very slow. It depends on your luck, sometime you will get respond within 48hrs, but most of the time, they took up to 2 weeks to respond (after a few follow-ups).
