Looking for an experienced internet marketer OR someone with a good work ethic, must know internet marketing and can contribute to a partnership

Who will you be partnering with?
Inquisitor and myself. We are two reputable members of this forum who have had some experience in business and internet marketing.
This partnership will focus on helping newbies succeed in making money online through internet marketing. Although one of our goals will be making money in this partnership, our main focus and mission will be helping others succeed in internet marketing and making money online.
Why Take on Partners?
Well, this isn't going to be some fly by night scheme, pumping out a dozen or more of the quick and fast “How to” products or services and then end up selling them on for a fast buck like so many disreputable online marketers who create one WSO after another who; for the sake of this post, will remain anonymous.
BIG PROJECT
This is going to be a BIG PROJECT with many aspects and sections to it. We will be striving to brand ourselves as the “Go to Guys” or "Go to Guys and Gals" in cyberspace; and.., as you may have already discovered, this vast 'arena' we are all familiar with and know as the Internet, doesn't make it at all easy for people to succeed.
There will be a few different projects going on within the main project and it would be difficult for a 'lone wolf' to go about this alone without the help and support of like-minded individuals within the same business. You never see a lone wolf hunting their prey, they always hunt in packs, that’s what we will be, a small but very cohesive pack. Basically; two or three heads are better than one, as long as the thinking inside those heads are on the same page and we head out in one direction to achieve the end result.
Right now, we are looking for 1 other person to complete this partnership.
What we need from a partner will be discussed once we find someone suitable and start assigning tasks. Here are some flexible requirements we would be looking for in an ideal partner from the start. these are not so much requirements since they are a little flexible and we are willing to bend them slightly. These are just to kind of help weed people out who have already shown some motivation to contribute, money to invest in a long-term project, and the hours in a day needed to help build a foundation for this business.

A partnership takes work and dedication from all the partners that are involved in a project of this nature. We have to be able to count on each other but at the same time if we realize someone is lacking in some required department or another or in a certain area, the others will have no other alternative but to pick up the slack. Because a partnership relies on more than 1 person (our own work), it can be a little scary and a little riskier, but at the same time has the potential to become something great. We can get more work done and in much less time than if we were to go it alone.
Everything is flexible for now. What is most important to us right now is finding a candidate who will be the right fit moving forward. We will be starting and building from the ground up where everyone is an equal partner with an equal say.
