As op claims I have been getting consistent 250+ hits from social media sites.
For earning you have to do click 4 click with other members in the group. Minimum one has to spend 7 to 10 mins on one website. If you have free time it's worth trying.
I have got up to 14$ cpc from others click.

C4C means exchange click for click and time required to do work - 2 hrs/day.
