Ok guys.. More than 24hrs. to deliver a product it's getting too much, don't you think?
I think I heard the guy was very good at replying to questions by customers but I'm not impressed with the service so far.

Ok. Once I got the file after more than a day. It needs password so I will probably wait one more day to get it.
Now, I might be upset but I feel this will be a good product because whenever I'm about to get something good, something happens that delays my getting it.
Hopefully it's the case.
