Being rude to people do not get you any where
but sometime you must stand your ground and push back,
they think your kindness is weakness

in closing a sale sometime you must push them over the fence to get the sale with love problem solutions services you are providing, if they can afford it. i have not read the share, speaking only from my experience, each business is different with weakness and strengths
