The other thing you could do is take someone else's BSO course and turn it into a course or membership course (like on Udemy) of your own. You'd have to rewrite it, of course, but it wouldn't be hard to make it a lot better so it would become your own.

And it doesn't have to be PLR. You can use Public Domain materials (which are likely better anyway) and create the course from there. Just use the BSO as the outline and go from there.
