Ctrl+SHIFT+i on the registration page

look for the line that has....

<button class="btn btn-lg btn-primary btn-block" disabled="" type="submit">Register</button>

Right click on line and edit HTML ........delete the ' disable=' that is in red......then click anywhere on the page to enable the Register button

To enable the Register button
CTRL+SHIFT+I

CTRL+F .....then type register and hit ENTER

RIGHT CLICK line with REGISTER
" <button class="btn btn-lg btn-primary btn-block" disabled="" type="submit">Register</button> "
on it and CLICK on EDIT AS HTML

DELETE ........"disable=" it will be in red and click on any part of the page to enable the REGISTER button

How to delete the Disabled=""? That line is non editable.

Yes we got that, but it still does not work.
