I haven't gone through the whole product yet, but so far I am impressed.

It's like getting the private notes from someone's successful offline agency. In a series of pdf's the authors go through the steps of providing various online services for clients... the "what", "why", and "how". It really does amount to a well laid out system for how to run an agency.

One of the better "offline" products I have seen.
