Has anyone been able to get this plugin to work properly?
I tried installing it on one of my sites - just to check it out.
None of the forms worked correctly for me whatsoever.
When the forms and pages were automatically created when then plugin was installed and activated, they looked like crap, weren't titled or formatted properly, and basically just didn't work at all!

Total disappointment on my end.

So I was just wondering if anyone else had a better experience.

UPDATE: Thanks to amaire and gash (below), I went back and tried it again. This time, it worked perfectly!
So I can now see the value of this plugin and the idea here, and will be exploring and applying this technique right away.

I actually really like this plugin and the training that comes with it.

I could definitely see the value in this and installed it on my site as well and had issues like you. The form would display but I had errors in red showing on the form. I wanted to get it working so I kept at it and found that the plugin wasn't playing nicely with the theme. The form would display ok when not installed with the theme editor. When I used the shortcode in the WP editor, everything worked fine. I tested it and the emails were sent through with all responses so it is working on my end.

Again, this is a straight forward valuable tool. The UI can use some assistance, but the meat and potatoes are there. You can do this with any form builder that allows you to do sections and logic such as PaperForm. This plugin has taken the hard work out of it and makes it super simple.

There were complaints on the fb group...here is a possible fix which was posted by a fb group member:

"2nd - for those who are having errors or can't find the forms - the LFF plugin is dependent on your hosting configuration.
When I installed the plugin a bunch of error codes filled the page - in a flash than disappeared. ok.
Then I followed the instructions video by video.
But I was puzzled when going to forms and seeing (no title) (no title) (no title) (no title) (no title) (no title) - but then I remembered the reinstall button under settings. I hit it.
Logged out of WP. Logged back in - and presto the 5 forms showed up. This site is on a Lifetme Hosting account.
I called my button Production Quote and it has the 5 forms drop down. I tested one and got the email quote request no prob."

I haven't tried it yet so I can't say if it fixes the issue or not...

Hey guys the plugin taken directly from their dropbox is showing a hit from virustotal:

Does anyone know if this is a false positive? When googled, it seems to show as a severe threat.
