@Tomsaw: I am sorry to report that I cannot re-up this. It is unfortunate that so many here enjoyed this share yet no one cared to post a mirror link for people who come along months or years later. I simply should not have to re-up my own shares.
On the other hand, I can show you where to find (most of) them because the books in this share are very easily available to download ... with just a little effort.

I don't enjoy repeating myself or doing work I've already completed.

Since I removed all of my content from Ge.tt when their links started acting strangely and I won't bother to go hunting for stuff I've already shared to re-up, you will need to opt-in or rely on the kindness of strangers to post a mirror for the bonus ebook.
