@All: It is unfortunate that people who manage to get a download don't consider mirroring the file for others every once in a while. That makes it doubly difficult to contribute on this forum --- you become both the original sharer and the one responsible for maintaining the file, too. It's shameful that you can't rely on adults to help out.
The most important thing I can say is that before posting a default "please re-up" you should try to look elsewhere for the file on another link. You can usually find files shared on BBHF (primarily ebooks but, sometimes, full courses, too) on sites like ebookee, Library Genesis, pdfdrive, etc. and graphics downloads on aedownloads, introhd.net, psdkeys, etc. (if you can use premium links --- but there may be a few Mediafire and Zippy links).
@kevoneal: I didn't mean to overlook your re-up request. I just tried to send you a PM to say I posted an alternate download link but obviously, you don't do PMs and I couldn't send you an email. When I clicked that link, I got some kind of forum-issued error message that I couldn't do that. So, I hope you will "happen by" this thread to see it. It's the best I can do when people make it difficult for me to reach them.
@Nancy857: I was able to find an alternate link for you. You can get it directly from PDFDrive at the link below. It's easier for me to send you there than to search through 4+ years of external HDs for it.
