Hey "smithnowt" hopefully I understood you correctly, do you just want to copy your existing websites to backup or migrate to another domain. There is several different plugins you can use that will get this done painlessly. [All-In-One WP Migration],[WP Clone by WP Academy] that's just a couple of them. I'm sure you can find plenty of videos on youtube that can guide you. Good luck buddy...

My goal is to JUST grab already installed themes and plugins on my own Wordpress site to re-use them on a totally different site of mine ??
The query itself is troublesome as all it returns from a WWW search is the same as what you suggested - things to clone, backup or migrate a WP site.
I did not figure out how to make my search less generic - hence the query.
