To what point is your question? What happen with yoast instant news?

All in One SEO allows you to add some fields according to what you find suitable whereas yoast adds the features which they think would be the best so both are good plugins, it just depends on your needs and comfort.

All in one SEO is better if you are looking for a plugin that can be customized. However yoast SEO has slightly better features and it offers good support along the way which helps you in managing your site.
