Yes, I did a search on google for "course name and download" and there is one available for 59.95 and from another site for 89.
I don't know if any of these are the 2018 version though?
I spoke to the people selling the courses and they said they are latest versions , you can message them also , has a live chat ,and their email address , they get back fairly fast if you send question .
It's just offering Video Services to local businesses. It's not rocket science. Stop overthinking and wanting a course for every single "method" when most if not everything has been taught in other available courses already.
