Here is what I could sense with a quick glance. The book is a collation of all possible traffic generation methods. NOTHING NEW. Some things like:
1. Find trending hashtags and create posts around it.
2. Comment on relevant forums.
3. Create social media
4. Use best designed websites for authority, etc.
Overall, not much of use if you have been there in IM for a while.

I have been online marketing for 10 years now and although many things are what some say as rehashed, you do get that small nugget of information or a method that you haven't come across before.
