ABOUT NULLING
Don't know if they are nulled, but since they are development tools -and we usually develop on our local pc- I think it's OK. I personally develop on an offline pc. Anyway, if you feel that this poses a threat to you, you're more than welcome to null them...if you like them, support the developers.
