Does anyone have this new training? It's different from his other YouTube class.

In this newer class he claims to teach us how to monetize our YouTube channels with AdSense instantly and skip the YouTube channel review process. I'm curious to see how he teaches people to monetize their channels with AdSense without having to go through YouTube's review process:

Re the idea of skipping the monetization process - I'm betting he's buying old / already monetized accounts...though I wouldn't know where.

I did some google searching for buying monetized accounts, but all I found were sites selling phone verified (some aged) accounts. Hard to tell how legit any of 'em were - almost anything like that looks at least a little sketchy.
