Thanks for the shares fellas. To get to OTO3 and OTO4 simply use the same logic as above:

Don't get your hopes up on the OTO3 however - you need your email registered in THEIR system to get access to the App. Unless they are TOTALLY clueless and you claim you lost your access and they give it to you.
