I just found this thread, clicked through to Cointiply, and registered but there's no 'Mining Game' tab -- only the offers are available.

Mining gone are gone. Only way tow earn coins is doing free offers. The amount of coins in faucet and rewards are higher than any other places.
This method is working great. The site has got old glory back.
