This is a really great share for anyone interested in this type of website. HOWEVER, before you start downloading the files and rushing to set up one of these sites, there are a couple of things you may need to know.

1) For anyone that has moved ahead and tried to set this up: if you have had issues importing the demo content and keep getting errors that the .xml file is empty, there's a good chance that it's the WP Import tool. Solution (and mind you, I dug into the code, changed .php files, fought the servers, reset WP with clean installs and more) is to download a separate wp import plugin and import using that. The nature of the error made it appear to me that the importer was timing out before the content was completely uploaded. Then I remembered in the past that you often had to import demo content multiple times before it successfully pulled ALL of it. After fighting this problem for a full day and a bazillion upload attempts, it uploaded on the first try with the different import plugin. If this is your problem too, this is a super easy thing to try before you try to battle the WP code beast.

2) They make it look super easy to use their super-spiffy Google Maps Scraper. Just enter the keyword and location and, Shazam!, tons of populated listings. Well, guess what... the Google Maps API is no longer FREE to use. It does cost $. The sharks say that 1,000 listings will probably cost @$17, which is fairly negligible, but most people believe that this is a free setup. The bigger issue IMO is that Big G will have access to credit card information and that makes a lot of people uncomfortable for numerous reasons. To keep your setup free with this, you'll either need to manually upload some initial listings or make one of your kids/relatives/pet monkeys upload them until you get some traction.

Anyhoo... things worth noting before you get cracking on this. Still, thanks to OP for the share because it is a great business model all things considered.
