Module 2 - Affiliate Pay Per Call Networks

My main business model online is Leadgen AKA pay per call. Simply put, you get paid for each phone call that you send to business owners. However, clients can be a pain to deal with, which is why Affiliate Pay Per Call Networks give you the best of both worlds. All you have to do is sign up for an affiliate network, generate email or phone call leads and you get paid by them for each call/email you generate. Completely hands off. Module 4 - Authority Review Site Strategy
I just started using this method at the end of 2017' and I'm really glad that I did. The truth is, no matter what niche or online business model that you are implementing you can use this to double your profits. You need to have a website or some kind of 'home' online. Whether you are building out an affiliate site, marketing site, or a website for local leads, I would highly recommend you build 1 real, true, asset vs. 10 so-so properties. Your results will start to snowball, it will be easier to manage, and if you want you can turn around and flip the site down the road for some big profits. In this video below you'll see an extremely simple website that used this model to build-up, grow a website and then flip it for 500k.

Module 5 - The "Near Me" Domination Method
I was one of the first people that got out in front of this trend and my bank account continues to thank me for it =). The truth is if you start working on this 'model' now you will still be ages ahead of the curve! There is so much room to grow in the 'near me' niche it's incredible. You can use this 'near me' method for affiliate pay per call, CPA, adsense, affiliate...the possibilities are endless. Just think, anything that you put 'near me' next to, you can monetize! Be creative here and think outside the box, it will make you a lot of money =).
