To coxxman, why is it so difficult for you to re-send the email, or simply just communicate directly with us via pm? I have already sent out details and repeated reminders that the information was not received. You just have to click re-send or pm us the info. That's all.

I am sorry you are having a problem finding your Social Kickstart licence we sent to your email.

Your licence has already been sent to the email you supplied shortly after you ordered..

I tried to resend it to your same email again - but the system will not allow two licences to be put on the same email.

I will send you a screenshot of the licence dashboard showing the licence has been sent to the email you asked us to send it to..

Please double check your emails including your spam folder.

If you cannot find it - please let us know - we will cancel your licence.

Please give a different alternative email and we will issue a new licence on the new email.
