Well, they were free to me, anyway because I found them by either poking around websites, opting-in for said resources or haunting open directories.

Remember, I've included all of the FREE tools in the 2nd download so you won't HAVE to opt-in unless you choose to. But I recommend you visit the site to read more about the forms in the package and how to get the best use from them.
There are coaching toolkits for just about every coaching specialty/niche so spend a little time there poking around.
I included a few forms in Spanish (for those of you can use them) just so you can inspect the quality of the materials. If you approve, then go back to the site and download all the free materials you need in Spanish.

NOTE: One instance of a problem was found. This program (Antiy-AVL) detected this issue: Trojan[Downloader]/MSOffice.Gen
This means the problem is with one of the Microsoft Word files. For that reason, I recommend you locally scan each MS Word document before you use it IF you use Antiy-AVL as your anti-virus. If you see your A-V program on the list with a Clean icon, it did not recognize any warnings.
