I’m putting together a small group of people to either trade purchasing each other’s CPA products or people that just want to be paid for buying stuff through our referral links. There are two requirements:
1. You have to have a credit card to make purchases.
2. You have to be US based.

Here’s how it works:

If you are in a CPA network, you buy products through other’s referral links, and they buy products through yours. Simple exchange. Typical products are supplements, male enhancements, skin creams, diet products, etc. Typically, products run $5 - $10 to start a “trial”. The commission rate can be $40 - $70. Companies are banking on a continuing purchase monthly at a higher rate.

If you are not a member of a CPA network and just want to get paid to buy, you’d buy one of these trial products and the person referring you would cover your cost plus an agreed upon amount on top of that, say $5 – $10.

Everyone has their own responsibility to cancel any recurring billing.

i dunno if paying people to sign up is going to work all that well. ideally it's a good concept, but realistically there needs to be a lot of trust. even if the person pays the person the amount needed to sign up first through paypal, the person can easily dispute the transfer of funds after the person signed up. even these pay to sign up places go out of business because they were shady and they weren't paying out.

i am not saying your intention is to scam. but suckers are born every day who get scammed as i just mentioned

trading services hsa the same potential of scamming so there is the question of who will sign up for an offer first. that person needs to be highly trusted to return the favor.

my only suggestion when promoting this type of black hat cpa method is to be very strict in who you let in to your group or it's gonna fail VERY quickly.

sometimes cpa companies will not pay out and they can give any reason if they are caught scamming the affiliate out of commissions. skimming off the top is common practice with cpa companies so people have to be aware of that too.

if someone doesn't fulfill their obligations and a person is stuck with something they don't want or need, i guess they can always sell it on ebay or craigslist or something if they want their money back that bad where they aren't really out any money, but just a lot of their time.
