really looking for this trying to use elementor anywhere and seems that this is only theme that works with it if anyone has it can they inbox me please

Elementor and it's addons like Anywhere Elementor work perfect with Astra, OceanWP, PageBuilder Framework and GeneratePress.
You can try GeneratePress Premium below, it can do the same Astra Pro:
