@Ms-Keys: Yes, it's old ... and PLR means it's up to you to make it new again. I'm sure if you put on your imagination cap and look for something evergreen in all those weeds, you will find a gem or two.
Of course, I'm not in the business of evaluating PLR ... if I find something, I share it. It's entirely up to you to download it or not.
