yes there is no issue for optimimization. For traffic, that is marketing issue. It is like a you run a site, you have to promote your site to get visitors and sales.

The one i publish in my dev account is to proove that app i creat will be approved by PlayStore if submited. And note when i submit them.

I do not offer promotion or driving traffic to someone. It belong to app owner to promote his site.
