I got it from there, and it looks to maybe not be 100% complete as the numbers of the parts are a bit odd, with a couple repeated, BUT:
For someone like myself with connection limitations which prevent using mega for anything bigger than a couple of MB, what he shared was fantastic when used via JDownloader.

Here is what he shared, which JDownloader takes right in with its clipboard link sniffer and does a great job of grabbing all of them:
