FWIW...this is a GIGANTIC SALES PITCH for her affiliate link on Builderall.com. Her whole method is based on using this service to build (IMO) not-so-great but cheap templated websites. She will 'give' you her master template for Builderall - once you email her your Builderall account info.
For those of us who are interested in her templates, be aware that in the book she offers templates for flyers, emails, etc on her Facebook page. The group link in the PDF no longer works, and the group Local Biz Wiz is just an ad for the ebook.
