@All: Thanks for liking my share. I appreciate the support. I appreciate all the comments and feedback; just so you know: I love reading your posts on threads I start (and notes some of you leave for me in the REP section). So, keep 'em coming!
@bluefeb: I believe I shared one (maybe both) of the titles you mention in your post. I suppose you can read them in whatever order you want; I'm not sure there is any order. Why don't you start by reading the preface or intro to each book and see if the author recommends some hierarchy that makes sense since he would know what order would be most beneficial for his end-users to consume.
I also see your comment in the REP section (thanks for the reps by the way) that more of these titles are available and that I should let you know when I have them.
Well, I get them from Amazon and can do so only when they are available. I try to get them for no cost or 99 cents. To my knowledge, this completes this author's book list ... well, there is another one that involves mainly his musings and I'm not interested in that one, so I won't be sharing it.
If there is another Goi e-book available that I didn't mention, then I'm not aware of it. Please post the title and I will see what I can do.
