dumbass newb question: I purchased a theme that has wpbakery included...however, as you probabaly know, it's not an independent license so I don't have access to addons and templates.
Wpbakery recognizes this pretty quickly. when I try to use a template for instance.
So if i download this and install it, won't it recognize that I don't have a license? And if I have a workaround once...does it phone home to verify each time I use it or login or whatever.
Sorry bout the stupid questions but no sense downloading it if it's locked up.

This release won't pass their license check and won't allow you to download their online templates. As for phoning home it really doesn't matter, there are so many themes built using this plugin that makes it impossible to distinguish between a legit use and a rogue one.
