REVIEW:
Its about selling reviews to physical businesses who have poor reviews on their Google profile.
He says you contact the businesses, offer to sell them a few 5 star reviews every month to boost their review score, then you provide the reviews.
To provide the reviews, he says when starting out initially, you create multiple Gmail accounts (like 10 accounts) to provide the reviews (I guess without ever visiting or using the business).
Then when you have enough money, you can outsource the review to an outsourcer he provides.
Summary:
Think it's really unethical, so I'll pass.
As to whether it can actually work, I think it can, just that its unethical and so shouldn't be encouraged.

Whether selling fake reviews to an unwitting business owner violates your or my ethical boundaries or not...
Google is going to spot the fake reviews sooner or later - especially if the profiles review businesses all over the USA or World - and shut them all down. There's a good chance they will also delete/ban the business accounts with a significant % of fake reviews.
So if you want to make a few hundred $$ and then get your ass handed to you by angry business owners - this would be exactly the way to make that happen.
