Do the fixes following the comment I pasted. I dont know if the op has patched his install or not, I've done changes to my DB and it works now perfectly. Tested and verified of every function. I can help you set it up if it's an issue.

I still cant add accounts :( - always require security key, then get msg failed to add, even though I click "this is me" on my instagram
