Hi bs00001, no it isn't free. You've been tricked by udemy (like me), because if you search the course in the search bar then it says FREE, but as soon as you go to the course page it's $9.99. That must be a bug or something.

I don't know exactly your guy's situation...but I did enroll successfully in Free Mode before, so I can confirm that the teacher speaks in Bulgarian only with Eng SubTitle.
