This is cloud based, same as the other expensive culprits by the way i.e. Aweber and company, but at a once-off cost for lifetime access.
On the whole, it seems like a much more cost effective deal, especially that you CAN IMPORT your own leads as well.
In view of the reseller options, I'm more than certain that a BSO is going to surface very soon, so patiently waiting.
