@Everyone who posted: Thank you all for your kind appreciation.
By the way, is anyone having issues downloading from either of my links (Ge.tt or Zippy)? I was asked by someone who really wanted this share to provide it in a Mega link. I'm thinking about doing that ONLY for this particular person and take that link down after he has used it.
Here's why...
Putting up a Mega link encourages people to simply download from it (instead of IMPORTING the files into THEIR OWN MEGA ACCOUNT). This creates unnecessary bandwidth usage for the original account holder. That ... and it takes a long time to upload larger files to Mega. Even with my brand new computer, the upload is moving at a snail's pace.
So then, if what I've posted so far is working okay for most people, I won't change anything and will do a short-term mega link for the person asking for it.
I was hoping someone would come along and mirror this share. PeteTheFire is having a particularly difficult time downloading from my links in Post #1; he tells me he has not had problems downloading other things. All I have to go by is that no one else here seemed to have a problem. And I even went back to Ge.tt to check the link and everything worked just fine.
As I added to my comment in Post #1, it would help me a great deal if someone here could post a Mega mirror for this. I'd like to see PeteTheFire, and anyone else who may have issues with my existing links to have this share. I tried to upload to Mega tonight because I don't plan to be on the forum much tomorrow (football Sunday!). But my upload seemed to freeze solid at only 5 percent.
Please, help. If you can upload to Mega and post a link, it would make me happy.
UPDATE -- September 30, 2018
Never mind. Since no one provided a mirror, I added a Mediafire link to post #1. Hopefully, PeteTheFire and anyone else having trouble with my other two links can get this share here.
@PeteTheFire: You're welcome, friend. I'm just sorry you had to go so long without it and nobody who managed to download it could provide a mirror. Today is pretty much dedicated to my pro football games but I wanted to (at the very least) come back and see if it all worked out for you.
I also replied to your very kind comments in your PM.
It is very easy to make a mediafire account and upload there and then share the link for such small share. It will remain forever when we would upload at mediafire and most convenient for downloading.
I just received a PM from strada because he is having trouble downloading; despite the fact that I only recently posted a new Zippy link for people to use.
Is anyone else having problems downloading this share?
Only moments ago, I tried the Zippyshare link here:
I opened the archive and got this (the file name shows BHB2 because I already had this on my computer but I downloaded a second copy to test the link for strada) :
As you can plainly see, there is content in the folders. Strada got the error message: "Nothing to extract."
I then double-clicked each of the zipped files and opened individual e-books within each of them ...
Everything opened.
So, what's the problem?!
If you ... like strada ... is having any issue at all with any of my shares, it would help me to know:
1. What it is you're doing. If you're simply getting to the download page and clicking the button, you should get the download. Keep in mind some browsers (like Firefox) have a little blue button in the upper right of the screen that shows the download and it bounces when the file has finished. If you're using Internet Download Manager and it is integrated with your browser, then the IDM interface should pop up and automatically prompt you to make choices as to where to save the file, etc.
2. What browser you're using. If you're using Chrome, that could be the issue. I've long since ditched Chrome because I routinely have issues. I almost exclusively use Firefox. Also, if you're using any kind of add-ons in Chrome, that, too, could make web pages load differently. I know some websites will ask you to turn off ad blockers before you can see the content and if you want to badly enough, you will either temporarily turn it off or go elsewhere for what you're looking for.
I'm not sure of any issues with using Epic Privacy Browser, TOR or any of the browsers that come with browsing and identity protections built-in; but, again, those could pose a problem. This is weird, because you're only going to a file server to download files. This should not pose the problem.
3. Whether the error come up when you try to open the archive. In that case, it could be that the file was corrupted in the transmission (downloading) process. I can only suggest you download it again (but get rid of the non-working download first).
4. What extraction tool are you working with? I have (and use) all 3 of the major ones: WinRAR, WinZip and (to a lesser degree) 7zip. However, I have read comments that where the others hiccup, 7zip does the job. So, if you're having issues extracting, download and try 7zip.
You can download 7zip FREE from here:

5. Whether this happens with MY share or you have issues with other files. Yep, people will forego saying this when, actually, it may be that your computer has been compromised. I remember working for nearly an hour with someone who could not get a share of mine, only to find out later, they had a virus and everything worked fine once they ran a scan and got rid of the offending exploit.
I can assure you that I've bent over backwards to provide help to people who cannot get my downloads and it's sometimes been a harrowing experience for me because people give you the bare minimum when they communicate.
What peeves me to no end is for someone simply to ask for a re-up and put me though the paces to do that when they failed to check the thread again. Chances are, I've done as you asked but you simply didn't return to the thread. Or you didn't read further down the thread to see if someone else provided a mirror you can use.
So, if anyone else is actually experiencing problems, please send me a PM or post on the thread. But don't just say you can't download it. Give me something to diagnose or you're simply wasting my precious time!
@strada: We've been blowing up the PMs the last few days and I'm not sure you saw the Zippy link (it won't hang around for long) but I advise you to try it since you couldn't use the Ge.tt link. If this doesn't help, someone here who downloaded it should help me out with a mirror link.
At any rate, I will need some more information from you if you still cannot download because I have no idea what else to suggest.
