I am getting a " thrown.exception" error when creating mail.ru email account inside... and downloading pre-uploaded email is not working.. what can I do?

must create an email because other emails ask for too much cell phone number or then create an email from your hosting and work with that email and what I did then use sniper captcha that I uploaded
