After taking a look at the titles and the various table of contents I've been around long enough to be able to identify rehashed PLR in a jiffy.
While I'm not downloading I can bet that this information is from the days when Ebay used to be a craze in IM. They also talk about "HTML" and "CSS" ... that is v-e-r-y old skool.
There are also other titles in there that give the fact that this is very old PLR away too...but it might be useful for people coming into IM very recently.
Just my quick review.
