It's a plr junk Youtube method talking about making video reviews for affiliate products in the internet marketing niche, using annotations, associate websites, tags in the info of the video before uploading, bots video views and all that trash. ALL that is not possible or advisable to do any more due to new YT rules.

Exactly! Since February, YT channels must have 4000 hours of logged viewing + 1000 subscribers before the videos can be monetised.
