what do you mean by build an agency? also, if you are looking to scale, scale by yourself for now. 1000 a month in this industry isn't much man. that's like one or two accounts if you're offering higher end services at a discount. if you scale too fast you're gonna be in a world of shit and the services are gonna suffer.
you also said you are looking for partners(plural). what exactly are you needing? a sales force or affiliates on a commision basis only?
