I agree with the people that say the GDPR won't be going after small businesses in the US. Each country in the EU will be responsible for setting up their own SA (supervising authorities) to enforce the GDPR, and the GDPR hasn't even provided training or certification in it and it's going live May 25th. There are also parts of the GDPR which are pretty vague.
I took a look a WP GDPR Fix and it does NOT make sites GDPR compliant.

Dumb rules but the plugin takes care of it so... good deal and GREAT share...
I bought this plugin through a big name JVzoo dude... and then couldn't survive their OTO system (7 deep) and ended up not getting the download page, or the download. Might happen in a week or two but hey... Nice share... now i CAN ENJOY THE plugin that I purchased... via downloading an illegal copy.
