Although there are many more excercises within this book for different areas and subjects. Even a sacred hand posture or two. I highly recommend Geoff Gray Cobb's Secrets Beyond the Pyramids book! Wish I was able to meet him to tell him just how attached I am to this this book. I want his acupineology book now!
