THE EMOTIONAL THESARUS AND
THE EMOTIONAL WOUND THESARUS

Both of these books will help you to bring your characters to life (ex: give them a dazzling array of emotions --- like real humans --- that takes them from complex to cranky, meddling to mild-mannered and vacillating to violent) all based on how they express what they feel.

The second book involves how your character expresses themselves and do what they do based on something that happened to them...some traumatic event... that deeply impacted them emotionally.

They both deal with emotions but the latter comes from a traumatic event that happens (or happened) just before your story began or during the story.
