So....basically, you have to drive traffic to your own page that is a redirect URL from a major website. When someone clicks on your URL, it appears to be the Major website, but the address bar has your own URL in it.
So the URL wouldn't be bbc.co.uk it would be yourwebsite.com/campaignID/RedirectAddress so when clicked it would show the BBC page. Your pop-up (or whatever) would appear by the intended action you set in the settings.
Big take from this. You still have to drive traffic to your very own URL...your offer won't appear on the actual BBC page.
