7-zip will unpack them as is.
Otherwise you need something to create a massive zip file. I think one is called HSplit, from memory. However, I just use 7-zip.

There is nothing to "fix" --if you messed with the file names, this is the reason its not working.
7-zip worked for me as well but make sure you have all the parts (this is important).
When you extract with 7-zip, it will ask you for a password which is stated right underneath the list of DL links from OP.
One more thing I almost forgot --make sure all the downloaded files are inside the same folder when you unzip.
These are the only things I could think of that would cause a failed extraction.

Am I missing something? It wants a password for unzip, standard pass is NOT working though!?
For information, the mods deleted the password information, so you don't want to download this just now. If someone has the bandwidth, please could you upload to mega or similar...?
If no one does, I'll try once another big share has finished uploading... Might be a few days at least...
